MANUFACTURING PROCESS
From Tube to Finished Kelly Bar
Material preparation → straightening & cutting → rib/key welding (automatic line) → tube butt welding → heat treatment → machining → assembly → ultrasonic inspection → painting → shipping.Every set carries a unique inspection record (“ID card”) archived for traceability.
